Lean Startup Workshop
Lean Startup Workshop was a two-day long online certification workshop on Lean Startup methodology by Ryan MacCarrigan, renowned for his experience in the Silicon Valley, organized by Yuva in collaboration with LeanStudio (California) for the first time in India.

It provided a holistic environment for people who wanted to learn more about the Lean Startup methodology and wished to start their own venture.
The Lean Startup method teaches you how to drive a startup-how to steer, when to turn, and when to persevere-and grow a business with maximum acceleration.
DU's first student run Co-Working Space
Yuva and SIIF, in their attempt to promote entrepreneurship, launched the first ever student run co-working space at the SSCBS campus.
​At the premium & beautifully crafted office cubicles, people can create, connect, and grow their businesses. Our adaptable and ready to use fully-serviced workspaces have everything one needs to get going immediately; including ergonomic furniture, finest workstations, business grade WiFi, a mini library, stationery support and whiteboard, and a sporty foosball table to break the monotony!
Y Accel - The Startup Consulting Unit
We are supporting students with ideas and those with actual startups to scale from 0 to 1 by providing mentorship, incubation support, ancillary services, and fundraising.
We tie-up with E-cells of different colleges to grow our network which helps us in expanding our network and onboarding budding student startups from other colleges as well. We are associated with qualified mentors, angel investors, and investor organisations for providing the required mentorship to startups in our accelerator program.
At the end of the academic session, we organise a fundraising event for all the startups we mentored, and connect them with investors. The aim is to bridge the gap between ideators and facilitators by providing the right platform for a burgeoning growth and success.
Brainstorming Sessions and Competitions
Yuva organises several brainstorming sessions regularly at the co-working space curated by the team. The sessions aim to bring together students and ideate together in groups to bring the best out of the idea and take it further. These sessions have seen some eminent personalities like Aakarshan Sethi (Startup Himachal Representative and Community Evangelist, Vishal Kumar (Founder and CEO, Learning while travelling) and several other notable personalities.

Yuva regularly participates in several Bplan competitions organised by colleges and organisations across the continent pitching the startup ideas developed in the brainstorming sessions and securing wins regularly at these events.
Conferences and Networking Events
One of the most important skills required by an entrepreneur is networking, and Yuva instils that in each and every member through the prestigious networking events like Tie Global Summit, StartupExpo, KStart etc. that we visit each year.

The events witness famous entrepreneurs pitching their startups for fundraising, angel investors and investor organisations like Kalaari Capital etc. listening to the pitches of the startup founders offering an excellent opportunity to learn for all the budding entrepreneurs.

The students aiming to develop their own startups get direct validation from top angel investors, develop and maintain contacts with the top in the industry which may come in handy as a part of career development in the future.
Yuva Talks is an initiative by Yuva and SIIF to harbour the entrepreneurial spirit and encourage people to launch ideas into action. It aims to provide an astounding opportunity for the people to listen, meet, interact and connect with the ones who have made an impact in their spectrum of work.

Our topics ranged from crude entrepreneurship to adapting to times such as those during the pandemic. It allowed the youth to exchange their ideas with the top notch entrepreneurs, investors, startup owners and Industry experts, and take insights about the real world of business. The first season of Yuva Talks was conducted in the online mode due to lockdown conditions.
